Our experience working with Marcom has been excellent. Their printing services are high quality, they pay very close attention to detail, their customer service has been quick and attentive, and their prices on everything cannot be beat. I have found the people at Marcom to be quite serious about helping us achieve our marketing goals, and they demonstrate the flexibility that has been necessary to adapt to my institution’s unique circumstances. When I first looked into utilizing Marcom’s services, I discovered that my institution has exclusive contracts to use certain printers. But the people at Marcom were able to work effectively with the folks in our marketing department and the local printers to create a collaborative agreement where everyone is involved and everyone is happy. The local printers like the collaborative partnership, the marketing team likes the high-quality of Marcom’s work, and I like the price I pay for their goods and services.
H.U.E has made printing and shipping much easier. Previously, I used our on campus printing which could get expensive and then I would ship boxes myself to the international destinations. This could cost up to $800 for one box depending on the shipment location. By using H.U.E. for printing and shipping I have cut costs by more than 75%. Some countries (notably in South America) have tedious customs regulations. During a previous trip, before using H.U.E, I had sent 7 boxes to South America and only 4 actually made it to the intended destination. My last trip to South America was completely different. H.U.E worked with customs so that I received all requested boxes. In addition to cost savings and ease of customs clearance the customer service is superb. Chintan would provide consistent updates on the shipment status of all boxes. Also, any questions or concerns I had were answered within one business day. I would recommend H.U.E to any company that is looking to print/ship overseas.
